417 Oily Pelican

Today I saw a picture of an oily pelican. It was not dead only really oily. The article that accom panied the story said that bird tried to clean itself in the waters but the waters were full of oil.

I was watching some 1950's science fiction and I am inspired by their view of future technology. Everything is so analog with a flair of futuristic design. Its sleek yet clunky.

A strange thing happens when people step behind the camera. It seems that the camera transports the user to a place outside of the situation that they are photographing. Our brains somehow consider what we see through the lens to be an alternate reality. The camera makes it seem like we are watching a film when what we are viewing is reality.

Being stuck inside my house makes me go crazy. The snow and gloomy clouds in May don't help much either.
