As I designed my typeface I imagined myself in solitude in a boat amidst a sea of letters. The waters were murky and foreboeding. I designed for what seemed like an eternity. Land was but a dream that taunted me almost to the brink of insanity. It was a journey that songs and stories will be written about. Probablly not but it certainly was not easy. I feel truly accomplished as if I did cross a great sea :)

174 Alone on the Sea of Type
As I designed my typeface I imagined myself in solitude in a boat amidst a sea of letters. The waters were murky and foreboeding. I designed for what seemed like an eternity.
