507 Dynamic Creeper Duo

These two creepers I spied in old town last night. They walked by some girls and I heard a girl say, " I think he saw me". These two proceeded to stare at them for a good long while. The one with the long hair was slightly hunched as if thinking deeply and sharing some insight about the girl's bottom to his friend. These two were like some characters out of some slapstick filipino comedy b movie.
