Fish Monger Piano Painting

The city of Fort Collins Art in Public Places program recently invited me to paint one of the pianos about town. The pianos are painted and placed around old town square and the public is welcome to play them. Its a great idea that helps to spread art and music in public places. For my piano I painted the Fish Monger on the front and a princess on the back. The Fish Monger's colorful scale jacket really made a nice pattern that covered the entire piano. If you see it you should stop for a second to play a tune. To find out more about the project and to follow the progress check out the program's Face Book page
