I have found my recent series that deals with the fiber ropes to be very fascinating. The texture of the rope is captivating and the way it intertwines is mesmerizing. For my next project i decided to push my use of the rope from a 2d shallow relief to a full blown sculpture piece. The rope has much to offer in expressing ideas but it also adds a very appealing aesthetic value to the work.
